Are there any advertising restrictions?
Love U Parties is very lenient with their advertising policy. If you are going to have a personal website, it must say "Love U Parties
Independent Consultant" on the home page. All sites need to be approved. Otherwise, there are no restrictions as to where, how,
when and what you advertise. This is your business!
What is a "Buying Discount"?
This is your profit at a party. You sell the items at retail, then buy them from Love U Parties at your buying discount, starting at 50%
or 40% if you purchased a $99 kit. (you'll bump up to 50% upon qualifying)
Do I get the same buying discount on all items?
YES! Your buying discount pertains to EVERYTHING we sell. Lingerie, Swings, Sex Furniture (Liberator), etc. From your online
sales and personal orders as well.
Which kit should I get?
I would recommend you don't spend your entire budget on your kit. You'll need to save
some money for other expenses such as office supplies and traveling. Take a look at our
kits to see your options. You can always add the products of your choice to your kit later.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The $39 per month Business Administration Fee is a one-package deal.
Included in this is your release of submitting sales tax to the IRS, unlimited credit card
processing from your customers, a full website with lead generation, maintained shopping
cart and an abundance of sex ed and business training and user-friendly tools to help you
work smarter, not harder!
Do I need to obtain a Merchant Credit Card Account?
You will want to have the ability to take credit card sales as this factor does effect your
party sales. At Love U Parties we process all credit card sales for you. There is no need
to obtain a Merchant Account. This is included in the $39 per month fee. Some
companies charge more than 3% of your sales!
